Bruin & Associates is prepared to handle all accounts receivable transactions including billing and collections. If you use your own billing system, we can transfer your billing information into Quickbooks. Bruin and Associates has extensive experience in many Association AMS software options as well as Ecommerce and NRDS.

 

Payments can be sent directly to you and you can make the deposits. Fax us over a copy of the check and deposit slip and we will take care of all the processing. 

 

Most of our clients choose to also outsource their collections with us. We do our best to keep accounts receivable up to date while keeping our clients informed.
